Immunofluorescence - Theory and Practice ( Micaela Grandolfo )
In this course all aspects that lead to a good immunofluorescence experiment will be investigated with particular attention to the optimization of the signal-to-noise ratio. We will deal with the various types of fixation, permeabilization, blocking of non-specific signals, analyzing several explanatory examples of how to recognize and avoid possible artifacts due to the use of an incorrect protocol.
